Background
Established in 2012 through a collaborative effort between Population Services International (PSI), the Government of Rwanda (Ministry of Health), and USAID, Society for Family Health (SFH) Rwanda is a pioneering organization dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Rwandan communities. At SFH Rwanda, our mission is to promote healthier lives by employing innovative business strategies, ensuring accessibility to lifesaving products and services, and fostering positive behaviour change. We work tirelessly to make universal health coverage a tangible reality for all.

Our Health Areas
- Offering HIV Testing Services (HTS) through various modalities, such as mobile community, community index, and the social network strategy (SNS).

Society for Family Health (SFH) Rwanda is playing a critical role using its expertise in social behaviour change, community engagement and mobilization to increase awareness and knowledge about cervical cancer and the importance of early screening and detection among the general community and target women (25-49yrs) in rural Rwanda, working in collaboration with the Elekta Foundation, the Rwanda Ministry of Health (MoH), the Rwanda Biomedical Center (RBC), and the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) using HPV tests and colposcopy equipment for the efficient screening and diagnosis of cervical cancer.
