Despite a number of challenges including COVID 19 interruptions and funding limitations, a lot was achieved during this reporting period due to strategic collaborations and partnerships in regard to easing access and availability of health products and services for our primary actors as well as building resilient and sustainable health systems.

At SFH Rwanda, Client centered programming is the cornerstone of our interventions and as such, beneficiaries have been engaged in program design, implementation as well as monitoring as much as possible. With this belief, SFH Rwanda in 2020 embarked on a truly impactful journey as we implemented diverse public health interventions in HIV/AIDS, Reproductive health, Malaria, Maternal child health, WASH and systems strengthening.

This annual report highlights the key activities and health impact that Society for Family Health (SFH) was able to contribute towards over the last twelve months.
We continued to provide increased access and availability of services to the most at risk populations, hard to reach and vulnerable groups four communities through a range of Health promotion interventions and social marketing of health products throughout the country.
